Scope of Works: Consists of 2 phases phase 1, which is a double storey building 136mm MetSIP Lite Panel to ground floor 150mm Hollowcore floor, power floated finish. 86mm MIB MetSIP Lite Panel to 1st floor with a flat roof built up of 254mm roof cassettes 22mm Caberdek with trocal finish.   Phase 1A single storey with 136mm MetSIP LIte Panel 150mm Hollowcore power floated finish.
